All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be longer than usual. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We are proud to offer shipping services to a wide range of countries. Shipping options and fees may vary depending on the destination.Please provide a complete physical street address for delivery.Shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to follow your order's journey.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at info@xayuyue.com.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. If you are unwilling to pay the re-shipping cost, the original order will be refunded, minus the initial shipping charges.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

XAYUYUE is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office and/or file a report with your local police department if you suspect your package has been stolen.

If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
