1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Intimate apparel if the original hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with.

Items that are damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to return an item:

Contact our customer service team at info@xayuyue.com to inform us of your intent to return and to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a similar shipping box.

Include your proof of purchase and the Return Authorization Number clearly visible inside the package.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that the processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.

6. Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds for returns. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please process a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.

7. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@xayuyue.com with your order number and photos/videos of the product and its damage. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
